Agreement to these terms
HTMB Pulse ("HTMB Pulse", "we", "us") provides a web application that helps B2B sales and marketing teams score prospects, draft outreach messages, and plan and publish LinkedIn content, using AI models and a connection to your own LinkedIn account. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using HTMB Pulse on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any LinkedIn account you connect to it. Tell us immediately at htmbai@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay. Continuing to use a paid plan after a billing period renews means you authorize the next charge. Cancellation, billing disputes and our no-refund policy (with its narrow exceptions) are covered in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms. We may change plan pricing or features going forward; we will not change what you have already paid for during a period you have already paid for.
Connecting LinkedIn
Publishing and calendar features require connecting your own LinkedIn account through LinkedIn's own sign-in flow. We only ever publish a post when you explicitly schedule or publish it - HTMB Pulse never sends a connection request, message, or comment on LinkedIn on your behalf, and every outreach draft requires your explicit approval before it can be marked as sent by you outside the app. You are responsible for using LinkedIn in line with LinkedIn's own User Agreement and any limits that apply to your account, and for the content of anything you choose to publish or send. You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from Settings; we stop being able to publish on your behalf the moment you do.
AI-generated content
Fit scores, outreach drafts, content posts, and weekly insights are generated by AI models and are suggestions, not verified facts. They can be wrong, generic, or miss context you have. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you act on it, approve it, or publish it - the product is deliberately built so that no message is ever sent and no post is ever published without a human (you) approving it first.
Data you bring into HTMB Pulse
You may enter information about prospects - people and companies you are considering reaching out to - including names, job titles, companies, and LinkedIn profile URLs. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and process that information (for example, it is generally publicly available professional information, or you have another legitimate basis under applicable data protection law) and for using it in a way that complies with applicable law and LinkedIn's own terms. Acceptable use
Don't use HTMB Pulse to send spam, harass anyone, scrape or resell other people's data, attempt to break or bypass the service's security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do this.
Ownership
You own the prospect data, outreach messages, and content you create in HTMB Pulse. We own the HTMB Pulse application itself - its design, code, and the HTMB Pulse name. We don't claim ownership of what you generate or publish through it.
No warranty, limitation of liability
HTMB Pulse is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated output, fit score, or recommendation will be accurate or lead to any particular business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTMB Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything you send or publish based on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
Ending your account
You may stop using HTMB Pulse and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your access ends; data handling after that point is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use HTMB Pulse after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. They are provided as a plain statement of how the service works and have not been reviewed by outside counsel; nothing here limits any right you have under applicable Indian law that cannot be waived by agreement.
